Josh Murray, MA LLP

Psychologsit

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting concerns, and the unique challenges that can arise within blended families. My professional training, combined with my own life experiences, allows me to connect with and support individuals from many different cultures, backgrounds, and walks of life.

My ability to listen and provide empathy comes from a genuine desire to help others feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. My purpose is to be a supportive resource for those who may be struggling and to provide a safe space where healing and personal growth can take place.

Life’s twists and turns can sometimes feel overwhelming. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you face those challenges, discover your strengths, and work toward becoming the most authentic version of yourself.
